If applicable, this step takes a thoughtful look at your current childcare setup to understand what’s working well—and where there may be opportunities for added support. We take the time to evaluate your existing routines, caregiver dynamics, and overall structure, always with the goal of enhancing what you already have in place.

Whether you’re looking to supplement your current care, improve consistency, or create a more seamless experience, we identify where we can thoughtfully step in. This is where our process becomes highly selective and structured. We implement a rigorous, multi-step vetting and interview process to ensure every caregiver we present meets our highest standards.

Each nanny completes a comprehensive three-round interview process, along with state and federal background checks, verification of at least three professional childcare references, and confirmation of current CPR and First Aid certification. We also assess each candidate through professional skills evaluations and require ongoing quarterly training to ensure they continue to grow and stay aligned with best practices.
